356 Replica parts

Post by JonR »

Has anyone used any of the following suppliers for their 356 lights, trim etc ?

www.stoddard.com

www.pelicanparts.com

www.rogerbrayrestoration.com

The top 2 are US based, so presumably with the current exchange rates buying via mail order from the UK should be a good bet.

Used all three, and all offered good service and products.

Check before you order from the States as even with the favourable interest rate sometimes by the time you've paid postage and then get stung for tax when Mr Posty delivers them (bearing in ming there's an £12 charge from Royal Mail just to administer the tax) it sometimes pays to buy in the UK anyway from Roger Bray, Karmann Konnection etc.

Worth the trip down to Exeter just to see the cars Roger has in his workshop, some very rare jewels. I have found his prices very good on panels etc.
