Where is the shop keeper?

Does anybody know how I can contact the person who looks after the shop?

Bought some bits recently, and need to talk to them, but can't get a response! :(

he will get there. He's always balancing work, working away, His little Girl and DDK and now a new lady freind so don't panic...

i've just ordered a couple of t-shirts. hope to have them for DDK in wales in sept..
