Does anybody know how I can contact the person who looks after the shop?

Bought some bits recently, and need to talk to them, but can't get a response!

he will get there. He's always balancing work, working away, His little Girl and DDK and now a new lady freind so don't panic...

But fear not, speaking to the guy whop does them this week to see how quickly he can turn around a new batch as i our a couple elsewhere.
