Fitted an AFR gauge...Digital help in an analogue world. Updated report coming

The patented "Petrol filling safety sleeve" ...Never been 100% confident filling the open centre cap. This simple ABS end cap fits perfectly over the hole and with a 1 inch hole drilled in the top allows the petrol pump to engage and seal ...Safety sticker will be added soon :)

Interesting chris (as usual). You’ve got to pop that on every time haven’t you? - it doesn’t fit under the petrol cap does it?

Yeah, not permanent...only pops on for fill ups. Currently it’s wedged in down by the spare wheel :)

Could you achieve something similar with an ally collar turned on a lathe to fit down the centre and choke it down to a restrictive diameter - held in place by some cleverly designed trickery? It could then be left in permanently.

What's your concern? Fumes or spillage?

Nice Mark, I will let you do the R&D and I will be first inline

Yeah Jon, primarily just to make it abit safer...I can now fill it with one hand, with the other hand being used to hide my builders backside as I am bent over :)

Brake duct cooling phase 1...

Ok maybe abit of overkill, however I think there is some merit in cleaning up the airflow through the inner wing. I could leave as is, but plan is to route the air onto the front brake disc.

Cover plates are done...Stainless sheet, aircraft flanges. Next step is to fix another set of flanges into the brake dust shields, connect the tubing and check steering motion etc.

Nice - those vents look cool - think I would have left the vent part in ally but then again I’d never wear black socks with trainers and shorts

Mirror update...Can actually see out of it !

Talbot style bolted through the window frame...Considered painting it, but I am liking the integrated look
