For Sale: 1967 Porsche 912 Project car: SOLD

Post by Alan @ CanfordClassics »

Hi,

I have just imported a 1967 Porsche 912 from California which I was going to restore but with the new family addition on their I have decided to sell it. I wanted to advertise it here first before going on ebay.

Porsche 1967 912, in its original colour light ivory, missing engine/box. Very original condition being stored since 1993, all original panels and never welded. Has its original service book which shows it was delivered to Frenso, CA on the 29 August 1967. Service stamps up to 46k, car now on 96k. The shell is in good condition, this is not the standard rusty project car. The gaps are good as you would expect, all original panels and the car is also very straight. Panels, sills and rear torsion area are all very clean. Does need attention to the rear seat pans, section on the front floor and battery tray area. The front bumper and wing mirror are not included in the sale.

This would make a great project car. Price for quick sale £3900

I was going to fit a complete 911 2.2E motor (plus box) which I have and these can be purchased separately if required.

If you have any questions please feel free to call (number at the bottom)

Alan

Price reduce to £2980

If the car does not sell I will repaint it, and then sell it with running 912, or 911 motor fitted, so if there is any interest in that combination please feel free to contact me.

I suspect it would be easier to sell the car in bits to obtain more than the sale amount, but it would be a shame to break this car.

Thanks

Alan
