Were you driving this at the time Helen? I've read that the car is actually traveling very slowly when the photo is taken but the slow shutter speed gives the illusion of speed?

Who is Jamie Lipman?

i hope i'm not giving away any of Jamies secrets here but,
that picture was taken almost stationary with a camara boom attached to the roof of the car which swings past the car taking photos as it goes.
he then photoshops the boom out of the photo.
have to say i wasn't overly keen on having the boom stuck on the car but (i'm proberly insane for doing so) i trusted Jamie knew what he was doing.

Philippe,
Jamie is a DDK-er with a 2.4T coupe. He has quite a few automotive related appointments, looking at his website.
Even if he was photographing rabbits in green fields we would like him as long as he frequents the forum
