The 81 Rolex 1665 sold straight away but another has just come in…

So how about a brand new vintage Rolex 1665 mk3 Seadweller??

Image

Well nearly…

Rolex U.K. serviced this 1665 in 2011 but couldn’t read the first digit of the serial (it was a 6Image) so replaced the mid case with a brand new 4m serial one and new 93150/585 bracelet. Unworn since being returned and still has all the service stickers on. Fortunately the stunning Mk3 dial, hands, movement and caseback were retained so it’s like a brand new vintage 1665 ImageImageImage

Here's something a little different which I've recently taken in trade and would like to move on.

Steinhart NAV B-UHR Bronze Pilot 47mm Swiss Unitas 6497

This watch is LARGE - for a manly wrist! And it's case is made of bronze! The case slowly patinates over time or you can polish it - your call.

Now sold out and discontinued, mechanical manual wind movement with display case back so you can see it in all it's glory.

Comes with all boxes, papers, hang tags etc. Dates from 2014

Comes on a lovely aged leather nato strap with bronze signed buckle.

If you want to read more and see what people are asking for such watches see here https://www.chrono24.co.uk/steinhart/na ... 4.htm#gref

£300 which is what it owes me to a DDK'er

Cheers

Also have a very rare gilt dial pointed crown guard 1960 Rolex GMT Master coming in but it’s a bit more pricey!!

Off topic watch chat for the horologists out there

Anybody want to treat themselves to a truly UNIQUE watch?

A Bremont Apache AMC watch that is 1 of 1 being the only watch being made in steel as a special request from a limited edition run of 30 only black Apache AMC watches done for the regiment.

It belonged to one of the most famous and decorated of Appache pilots - Major Matthew Noble-Clarke who was given the Grand Masters Commendation for his service and completed four tours in Afghanistan and was the first Apache pilot in the AHF to have amassed over 1,000 hours of operational flying in that theatre. He spent 19 months deployed in Afghanistan in a period of three and a half years...

Some press below:-

https://www.pprune.org/military-aviatio ... e-aac.html

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7EZ3_uwOyf8

It’s brand new unworn condition with everything including the extra black case and with provenance from the owner.

Not many watches you can guarantee NOBODY else will be wearing :)

Very nice Jason, not sure if I’ve shown you this? I helped design it, Puma 50th Anniversary Bremont.

I’ve also just re-purchased this, a 70’s Bundeswehr military issued Heuer. I hassled a friend to sell it to me for a few years, then owned it for a few years and then sold it back to him!! What a ridiculous hobby this is!!

Like the heuer 8).

The bremont military watches are great especially if you know the stories behind them. I had a chinook edition some years ago As brother in law flew them

Both very cool. Few new watches I’d wear. That Bremont is definitely one. Bund Heuers simply cool. Assume jacket came with one of them.
