Very Important - when joining DDK via Paypal

When joining DDK and paying via Paypal please ensure that you also fill in the membership form and post as instructed. The form can be found here

Otherwise we cannot gurantee you will receive your membership pack. Simply indicate on the form that you have paid via Paypal

Just one suggestion can the form be made available to fill in online ?
it could then be just emailed back,

It could but, receiving it via the postal mail service (as quaint as it is) means there is something physical to process - I need prompts, my mind is not as sharp as it once was!

I would dearly love to join but it would be far easier for me to do so by email - the postal system round here is so ancient I have no faith in it !
Can gladly email you whatever you need

I scanned in my signed form and emailed it over to the 'join' email yesterday after paying by Paypal - would you also like the form putting in the post?

Im still waiting for a welcome pack since the start of the year, is there a problem? Im desperate for a tax disk holder and will have to buy one if its never going to come

What about me ? I joined by paypal a while back .. mabye a month or so, but never posted a form.
