DDK - Die Deutschen Klassiker

As DDK grows it is paramount theat we rationalise the administration that is involved in running the club.

Therefore a new membership scheme is being introduced.

From now on membership renewals will ALL fall on September 1st of each year rather than periodical renewals taking place.

Those renewing will get a 2007/2008 DDK membership sticker to acknowledge the continued support (some of you may have seen the Split Screen Van Club scheme where these are displayed as a badge of honour!)

Anybody who has sent a membership form and payment in the last few months will receive a pack shortly with a membership card, sticker and tax disc - their membership will start from September 1st.

Any new members joining in the proceeding 3 months to September 1st will have an amnesty until said date to ensure they get value for money.

Membership renewal/joining is still £10

Of course, this is completely voluntary and the forum is free to use for non members.

Hope this makes sense - it works for many other clubs and will make things more efficient for DDK.

A mass email will be going out to communicate this to all members and to highlight the upcoming renewal date.

Just be aware guys & girls that the email was marked as junk in my hotmail account. I'm sure that this has no bearing on the sterling work that Bootsy does but you may want to check your junk mail

You're right Brendan, some do get put into Junk. One of my hotmail accounts was fine, the other marked it as Junk!

It was junk on my email account too... but I've now paid up (for two years)

still no email ... or any other DDK emails
