915 LSDs

We will have a batch of 915 Plate type fine spline LSD's available in approximately 4 weeks time.

The LSD is a plate type design and has the following basic characteristics:

Diff body is manufactured from a high strength Nickel Chrome Alloy.

There are 6 plates compared to the 4 normally used in a ZF diff and plates are located into the diff housing using 36 splines to give more positive location.

Pinion gears are located in the ramps without the use of cross pins which allows the diff to operate without the need for preload

Preload can be set from zero to 120 lbft using an advanced spring pack and can be user adjusted without any special tools.

Coast and Power Ramps can be changed to suit specific applicsations.

The original batch will have 30/60 power and coast ramps but other angles can be provided with a 2 week lead time for manufacture.

The unit is a direct bolt-in replacement for a ZF and all spare parts will also be kept in stock.
