In the twisties it is sharp & secure & I can attack teh corners with confidence .. on the A roads / motorways I can now travel at speed ... for the 1st time ever in nearly 10 years of ownership, ( on a private track ) I can comfortably take the car to some significant speeds and sit there feeling safe...
Good result James. At high speeds these cars are very sensitive to geo and corner balancing. It is effort to do properly but worth the time taken.

I am close to making some engine decisions on my 2.4S . its not clear to me what ECU you are using...is it an Omex system or all Clewett?

Fuel is all taken care of with stock MFI

Ignition is Clewett XDi twin plug kit ( basic system that is adjusted using 3 adjustment knobs ... not laptop programable ) . This included all hardware, XDi control box & all the coil packs

Update time :

4 weeks until the DDK POB Germany tour and I've finally got the car back on the road after another stint with it off :) ... Usually I cut things a bit finer to a Ddk event ;)

Had a slight problem with the thermostat on the mfi pump blowing apart the weekend of mikes RSR launch. Anyway, Neil Bainbridge took all the throttle bodies off , rebalanced , the the mfi pump has been off, checked over , adjusted and the whole lot set up again and finally it is running sweet and at the correct afr's 8) . Porsche mojo is coming back :)

Only a few more jobs to do, main one is to get Chris franklin to adjust my suspension settings as currently the car is a bit too darty at the front for my taste as it effects the rear ( the rear is dominating the handling) ... This can wait until later in the year

car is running great , just needs a few tweeks to the MFI as its running too rich at low throttle openings & tick over
