What size were the original tyres that went on the 15"x4.5J Fuch alloys?
Also, what is the lowest profile / size you can fit to them in this day and age?

Original fitment was 165 HR x 15.

Anyway - the jist of it was
He ran some 125 from a 2Cv on them at the front of a Split Pick up - bad handling.
I'm outta here before I delete somebody elses post by mistake

Mellow, fit 165s as Andy suggests, please don't make your car look like Miggs's with 205s on the back and pram tyres on the front

what i said was: I ran some with 225/90 on the front of my Antar troop carrier during the summer of '41. Bloody terrible over the trenches but me and the other tommy's got the job done! All together now "who do you think you are kidding Mr Hitler..."

(mine are actually 185/65 on the front but 185/80 on the back

Lightweight, any idea what the profile of the 165 HR x 15 is??
