Can any body show a pic of seat runners as I I trying to put mine back and only have some of the bits. Do the seats bolt to the floor near the tunnel and to a sort of L shaped bkt the other side. Help

The wider part (red arrow) bolts to the seat whilst the narrower section (blue arrows) bolts to the rails on the floorpan:

How do you or what is the best way to get a Recaro to fit in the car. As in the pic above my adjustment lock to slide the seat froward and back is in the rail that is the part of the car.

Right if I put a plate down on the car and fit the seat to the plate I lose my adjustment.

I have some idea but would like some direction.

Also I have been aware for a while that if you bolt the seat (recaro) on the plates it will raise the seat height ????????? :? :? :? :? :? :?
