Continuing the efforts to persuade those of you looking for roadtrips for next year
that the Spa 6 Hours is a MUST!
I'd promised myself that I was there to shoot nothing but incar footage with Defender 47...
but this kind of racing is hard to resist:

Ignore the rain in this footage - we were there for 72 hours, and it was glorious bluesky
weather, aside from a just couple of hours of rain during the 6 Hour Enduro.
Am posting in General Chat, as this probably won't be up for long, because youtube has
been removing my videos of >50meg lately...

Great filming James.
Some really super footage there capturing the excitement of that evening..
That sure brought back some great memories for me.
I really do hope that the Spa organisers will invite
the HSCC back again next year. I hope to be a bit quicker by then!
A wonderful and exciting weekend and a very relaxed
atmosphere all round.
I think a trip should definitely be organised.
I'm sure you guys wont regret it.
Heres to 2007/

Spa 6 hours
Awesome!!!
Good work James.
I also think the incar footage of my old mans Porker at Spa is pretty damn good too.
However, take a look at the video a couple of clips down from yours entitled Taking the Lead at Spa.
The Posters name will not give you a clue as this is no TVR!!!
If my suspicions are correct, that is Cheng Lim and his 7 litre Cobra replica. First car he nails is Oliver/Graham Bryants Morgan +8. A seriously quick car. Next up is the HEAVILY modified Sunbeam Tiger of Chris Beighton and John Finnemore. Also nose bleedingly quick!
However, with the exception of perhaps 4 seconds, he has only ONE HAND ON THE WHEEL FOR NEARLY THE WHOLE LAP!!!!!
Opposite locking at La Source is bad enough, but using just your thumb is taking the p***!!!!!
Anyway, fine camera work James, we just need a slightly quicker car next year. Ahem, watch this space!!!!!!!
