Good Evening from the Newbie

Post by KgRich »

Hello all.

Have popped over from the VZI site.

Over the last few years I have been restoring a Karmann Ghia which I have started to realise may have simply been my warm up to taking on a Porsche. Hope that during my stay here I will pick up a few things before I sell the Ghia and commit to the next project.

Looking forward to hanging out.

Rich

Hi mate. I am based in Leighton Buzzard.

Wanted to get a 912 instead of the Ghia last time but the insurance at my age was crazy, but have learnt so much on the ghia that I really want a new project. now I am a little older I am thinking the insurance will be a tad batter and so I have decided to make the jump and I will also feel more confident restoring a car that costs a little more on my own.
