The story of my Twin plugged targa- wolf in sheeps clothing!

Hi all,
New to the site although I 1st found it over a year ago, but business and life changes have not allowed me the time to contribute or read threads until recently.
I will try and give a brief history of the car as I remember: Basically I purchased it from a retired yacht capatin in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, who had just spent in the region of $45,000 in creating his dream Porsche. I purchased the car for $16,000 under 2 years since the refit, giving him the option to purchase the car back from me should I descide to sell it. Unfortunately for me 6 months later I lost my job as Yacht Captain and offered him the opportunity to purchase the car off me!. He could not and so I descided to ship the car to Europe along with my new VW GTI!.
The day before I was due to fly the UK and meet my cars, I was offered a job back on a USA based yacht!. The Cars were then stored for me for 3 years by my helpfull parents. I can say my father just hated having to take the Targa for it's monthly run to blow out the cobwebs! Poor chap!.
Last April I was finally reunited with both cars and have now set up base in the South of France where the local roads are unreal!!
Enough of my story, the car was extensively modified, some mods tastefully done, some not so!. She is a bit of a 'cream puff' whilst still being a sleeper/wolf in sheeps clothing!.
The standard engine was swapped for a 2.7 twin plugged unti from a race 914. This has a custom Crane Cam, Cosworth 10:1 pistons, Weber carbs, twin 964 distributors, hydraulic tensioners turbo valve covers, SSI exhaust exchangers. The 901 gearbox was reconditioned and new clutch installed.
The suspension was uprated with larger Torsion bars (unsure size) sport bilstein shocks and turbo tie rods.
Brakes were changed for polished 'S' alloy calipers up front and Carerra rears, discs both drilled.
Wheels were swapped for polished lip 16's 6's and 7's with Michelin Pilot Sport tires.
Air conditioning was kept and upgraded with a rotary compressor and underbelly condenser aswell as the rear lid condenser. I believe the interior vents were improved aswell.
Paintwork was redone with a slightly different colour than stock although she was already blue. Unfortunately she has already shown signs of lack of rust treatment care and moist Florida summers!.
Interior was treated to a custom leather makeover, with custom leather dash and tombstone seats (yuk!)
The owner also wasted about $3,000 on an expensive stereo system! Wasted because what better music to listen to than the engine whining!!

Next stage is to help her lose some weight and also install a new oil cooler system. If the budget allows I may try and swap out those seats
