I made identical little brackets to hold the R quarter windows in and similar black stuff to glue them, so we both agree on that one! I made some black mesh 'horn grilles' too but couldn't get them to sit right, so abandoned them – I think the mesh I used was too thin. Yours look fab!
At this rate your car's going to be finished and on the road well before mine - even though I had two years (or more) head start!
I'm still not holding my breath on finishing this one anytime soon Keith let alone booking MOT's, you know how things can turn!......I'll see if Gary can make up another set of the mesh grills if you like although Manuel Campuzano tells me he's in the process of producing these and he always does an excellent job.
I always liked the idea of all the hot rods getting built being photographed together.....shame Mr Jury has moved although expect your CP expenses would cover getting our cars shipped to Oregon!
Now that sounds like a plan!
Don't hold your breath on the expenses bit, but... Interesting coincidence: my car was originally sold by Sunset Porsche, which happens to be Chris's local dealer in Portland, Oregon! Small world.
Wow, I've just finished reading the whole thread, it's been a great way to while away the hours whilst on holiday in the soggy Norfolk Broads.
What an amazing project, the attention to detail and standard of work has certainly given me inspiration to raise the game on my rolling resto, thanks for sharing.
Cheers

We have fitted the original brake reservoir to the car but then luckily these very difficult to find NOS twin ATE reservoirs showed up on DDK this week....a huge stroke of good fortune for me, perfect timing and a nice upgrade for the 930 brakes, thanks Barrie ....
....perfect for my mish-mash mongrel, these are seen on all RSR's but has anyone seen them fitted to earlier ST's?
Darren, have these fitted in my rep,not exactly as per original,(larger one had outlet coming out on the angle), but very close.
Will look good in the Mongrel.Hope to see it on the road soon. Keep the updates coming, great thread.
