Wasn't the Original car scavenged for parts which were then built up into a replica, those original parts have now be reuinted with the original shell*, and the replica has been rebuilt using other parts to give them the car thats now for sale?
* And the shell was painstakingly unpicked, and rebuilt using as much original metal as possible.
Its quite a story. Not sure I'd want to race a car a guy died in though.
