There's a company near me that make a nice rep of those - Gardner Douglas

Edit - ah no - it's just the spyder version - prefer the hard top

Just been on their site - brilliant video taken by an Italian caterham owner of a Caterham trying to keep up with the GDT70.

Yes - it's a great advert for the GD car - they are both whizzing past other cars no I don't think it's any sort of setup. The Caterham does catch up the GD car in the corners (as you'd expect) but not by enough to avoid being monstered on anything remotely straight

They're awesome. If I were building a 908 rep it would go straight on a GD chassis. They even use a 996 GT2 gearbox so I could bolt a 996 Turbo motor straight up to give 550bhp and 800kg...

The body would be the expensive bit on the first car but after that I reckon you'd build them for 50k.

Not that I've thought about it much. :)

Do you mean the 428 convertible ( one of 28 made ) for Tara King , lucky girl !
