So, the gearbox was going to need rebuilding from scratch.

Nick's appraisal was that it needed a gasket set.

And a big clamp plate.

And a small clamp plate.

Some pinion depth shims.

And a synchro brake band.

And an anchor block.

And a thrust block.

And we’d better replace the 1st and 2nd synchro rings.

Oh and the 3rd, 4th & 5th synchro rings too.

Be wise to also supply and fit new 1st and 2nd dogs.

And 3rd & 4th dogs.

That should do it.

It is a 915, so keep on going...
