Aye, t'was good to catch up with folks new and old.
I've nothing to add photo wise given the excellent standard already shown here I'm afraid, but the highlight for us was playing catch with Nick and Mike in the RS - 60bhp v 210bhp but still had a riot - especially over a couple of bridges
We must have been close, as the car has got the scars to show for it
Mick - pleasure to meet you at last and your lovely targa
James - thanks for organising and arranging the wonderful weather - never knew it could be dry and bright on Blakey ridge
All - great craic and making it another memorable DDK weekend

Roll on the next one!
What a lovely 3 days and 600 miles!
Started off at Mikey B's on Friday doing a few little jobs and a not so little one(nipped up a couple of cylinder heads that were trying to escape!) Not surprisingly this improved performance considerably!
Saturday started off with me chasing Vicky and Jonnie over the moors to the hotel and meeting everyone and from then on it was just a great blast!
Truly great roads all blessed with a glorious dollop of sunshine!
Shan't bother with my meagre photo offerings after seeing the fine offerings posted so far!
Thanks to all for a memorable weekend especially James for the organization!
Mike..my car colour is called sea blue or oxford blue.
James..that was a hoot of a drive..it made 'Le pilote' Bainbridge sweat a bit! Just got to scrape the silver paint orf me 'zaust now!;)
All the best
Nick

But DDK only seems to have members who're genuinely interested in driving the cars for fun, talking about ownership other than the Nurburgring lap time etc.
Great to meet so many owners with a shared passion. Peter reminded me of a few swear words I'd forgotten as well. His financial advice regarding Porsche ownership I know many found invaluable.... "You money's not worth a W@nk in the bank"
Only shot a few frames, was too busy chatting, but will put them up later. Thanks to James for organising, you've fired me up to be an aircooled 911 owner once more..
Neill
Thanks James for organising, and everyone else for another grand DDK weekend, much needed downtime for me, but particularly for our Vicki.
Sorry I didn't have a camera, but I know a man who did! Lovely shots John, sorry we missed you on the Sunday..next time mebbes.
And Hendrik, thanks for the loan of a fan belt - I didn't need it of course, but it meant that Mike Bainbridge got to keep his tights on at least..
Cheers all, see you next time.

Re: DDK Photo Weekend : North York Moors
I would like to add my thanks to James for sorting a great event as always, shame we couldnt stay for Sunday.
Some photos for those that missed it, not as good as Johns, though hanging out of the passenger window taking pictures seems to cure the other halfs carsickness.(and stops her looking at the speedo)
Why cant DDK park in a straight line

Some of this

Enjoying the views

Looks like Sunday was equally as good
I was stuck inside sorting out this
