Not quite up to the the Dales / Teesdale roads, but still great fun . Probo 2 hours worth of driving, but there are a few places you might want to stop at. Loads of roads you could detor off on + the coast is very close if Whitby / Sandsend beckons.

There are a few places for a bit of photography, but as I'm clearly not a photographer, I don't really know whats suitable etc.
The hotel has loads of car parking areas that I think will be perfect for some photos .
For anyone that wants to travel a bit further, then there is the famous ( and still active ) street race circuit at Olivers Mount just outside Scarborough. They are bike racing on teh Sunday, so Saturday is the day to visit. There is also Scarborough's tacky seafront
Not got any plans for Sunday yet .. will discuss in the bar
basic outline :
Saturday
10:30 - 12:30 meet at Hotel - car park photos , banter etc ( tea/coffee , butties etc will be available at the hotel )
12:30 - 17:00 ... drive out & photos
17:00 - 19:30 .. bar
19:30 .. meal
Sunday :
early morning drive to Hutton Le Hole & back for those who can stomach get up early on a Sunday ? ... one to discuss in the bar![]()
but this would be a nice start to make sure you're back for bacon & eggs ( clockwise loop )
