Once stood in the forest of Kielder at approx 3am on a snowy foggy february night to see Tony Pond in a 6R4 in the national breakdown rally. Incredible noise, sight and sound amazing.

For me it was the Lancia Delta S4 that had the maddest sound. As it was coming towards you in the forest and you couldn't see it yet it sounded like nothing else out there. First time I heard it I thought "Hello, this car sounds sick", then you realise it's an S4 with the supercharger whining then it goes past you and the rest of the engine sound blows your ears off.
