For those of us anxiously awaiting confirmation email... Who is the email marked as coming from, and what's the subject line?

I want to make sure my (overzealous) spamfilter doesn't erase the all important missive, as it silently zaps incoming mails,
ostensibly saving me the boredom of 100s of Cialis/OEMSoftware/FakeRolex emails per day!

If I don't get my two parade laps, I won't be able to shoot any of my planned in (and on) car footage of the DDKers
speeding down the Mulsanne... most of us without adequate insurance

I emailed the office to check my application was received, they said that the confirmations started being sent out at the weekend and that we should receive them in the next few days if not already.

I am far from happy. :x

I had an email from them today saying that they didn;t have my credit card details - which I filled in on the form.

I have sent them but the lady said in her email...

"Concerning the laps, according to SAVH in Paris, it is fully booked."

miffed off is an understatement - I sent my form in early on and this happens.

I'm not sure I'm going to bother going at all now.

Check if your email confirms laps aswell as entrance - I would be interested to see.

and to think I paid to join the PCGB aswell - angry? More than bloody angry....

Dear Porsche Driver,

We have well received your Le Mans Classic form.
Il is complete and has been validated.

Around mid-june, we will send you a letter that will let you know how
to pick up your tickets at the circuit entrance, like for the last Le
Mans Classic in 2004.
Mine says the same - not sure what it actually means tho!!??

I will be so annoyed if I haven't got Parade Laps - a real shame.

I emailed the organisers & they have replied with this

Hello James,

We has just started sending confirmations.
Your application has been well received but you forget to send us a copy of your club member card to validate the club tarif.
You can send it by mail or fax, no problem.

Oops

Bit of a surprise as I thought we didn't need our PCGB membership? Anyway I'm forwarding my details :)
