Just watched the video. I do wonder how things got so bad and why he didn’t pull the plug on it earlier?

Too busy moving assets to family and and making sure he won't lose out after robbing people

Oh dear. That’s quite a dishonourable thing to do.
A chap did a similar thing near me. Set up a business that lasted a year and went down owing over a million pounds to the Tax Man, his staff and his suppliers.
Everything was in his wifes’ name, including the million pound plus house he bought and renovated in the same year.
He’d done it previously and no doubt will do it again..

That's a fairly strong assertion, I assume you are very sure of your information there Bootsy

Oh yes. There's plenty about.
Treat yourself.

For example
"John Hawkins has been selling cars and not paying the owners, offering numerous people £50k buy ins on cars with the promise of £5k profit. I know people who have lost their nest-eggs to this man
No-one wants to be named at this moment in time but am happy to evidence EVERYTHING including foreign cars being re-registered and sold without their owners permission, cars being exported without permission and some incredibly criminal behaviour.
The spray shop?! “Sold” to his wife’s son.
The cafe. “Sold” although I’m sure this will fall through now.
Lovely looking Church conversion for sale near Malton at the moment if anyone is interested? This man has money, he’s just a crook."
I've seen the emails to people offering them 'buy ins' to attempt to raise cash.

This car was being sold on SOR and has strangely gone from the showroom.
Distinctive so let's hope the owner gets it back.

Bloke near me did this.Spent years ripping people off in Spain.Selling dodgy properties. He bought a lovely home, smack bang in the middle of Weald Park.Didnt do him much good.Someone slotted him whilst he was enjoying a barbecue.
Are these people naive or plain stupid? I hear stories of people being ripped of for 50/100k.One day someone will wake in the night having decided that they cant accept
Being mugged off.You know the rest.........

I’d imagine Mearns and Hawkins are safer behind bars - they’ve upset so many people they’ll probably end up 6ft under otherwise
