Just like previous years, I have book a ' 914 stand ' for Stanford Hall.
Kev, i've put my name down on the DDK list but will be in a 914.Is it ok with everyone if i park with The other 914's ?
Do we get passes or is it pay at the gate ?

You have to have a pass to get into the club area (which Kev will give you) and then you pay on the day.

This is what I have so far. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Timo are you going to join Kev's 914 display? Given the drop out rate last year I suspect we will be ok. Even if not you can always park in the public car park (which is the option I'm considering) which means you can arrive and leave when you want
I think we should have a meeting at say 11am at one of the 3 club displays we will have?

Removing womble912 from the list as he has sold his car.
I have all the passes now.

Good news about the passes. How do we get them from you?

Sean
I will send them via the post but I will want until Apr since we have 20 passes and 23 takers to see what happens. If we still have more than 20 takes than I might have to be harsh and anybody that took a pass last year and didn't turn up I will see about removing from the list.

just in case more than 20 are up for it why don't you just ask for a few more spaces for the 912 Display.
We asked for 12 in 2013 and it was no problem.
Should also ask if the 912 display could be next to DDK as 912's will feature heavily in the DDK display
and potentially there could be the largest number of 912's displayed in one place in the UK that i can think of
The organisers seem to be quite accommodating.

I didn't think the pcgb acknowledged 912s Anyway I'm sure our display will be much, much better!
PS Stanford Hall have replied that they will try to put our club displays next to each other
