new bumper bracket welded into place
bought new brackets from Canada, these are now welded into place, and wing supports

further inner wing repairs
further rot is cut from the inner wing section..

inner wing repair pt 3...
so into the hole we weld a cut from a later car.. the section in question is common to 1989, with a little bit of back dating, principally around the petrol filler hole , extra 'ribs' are removed.

removal of out kidney reveals yet another hole... which needs to be cut back to good metal

rebuilding chassis in the kidney area
rebuilding the inner chassis around inner kidney , allows for more rot to be cut away

clean up existing inner sill
welding on sills was very poor, so re-welded, and painted

set the gaps on the new outer sill, welded
offered up new outer sill, and welded sill and outer kidney in place
