Presumably - because this is self catering anyway, we could do our own BBQ / booze thing like CLM?
P[/quote]
You could,........ but our intention is to have breakfast and dinner included in the price and we will be away all day driving our cars so lunch will be on the road so to speak. Can you BBQ and drive at the same time P?
Regards
Mike

just spent last week in the Cairngorms, a beautiful place with fantastic driving roads even in a crap Mondeo hire car. Really looking forward to Scotland next year, and the lodges sound perfect.
cheers, Mike.

Yes
But seriously - you all got to try my BBQ - I seem to recall the "we'll cook tomorrow" turned into - "let's go find a restaurant"
I'll go with the flow - just thinking those who might be on a budget - happy to have someone else cook for me
Guys - if you want, I'll get Marie to bring the Discovery and trailer so we've got something to help anyone out with?

It would be a shame not to attend as I live in Highlands. So count me in
Forgive me for being anoraky but do you intend on going to Higlands? "Welcome to Highlands" sign does not start until about 10 miles past the Green Welly stop at Tyndrum on A82, otherwise the event should be named Central Scotland DDK Run. Or perhaps I haven't read the thread about the intended route properly

Trust me Doctor Danger we will be going into the Highlands
Bad news Mike but I'm unable to accept your application has we have now exceeded our maximum quota of Mike'!!!!!! (210bhp, mikeblow, mike, mick cliff). There is a health and safety issues involved as if anyone was to call out MIKE people could be crusted in the rush forward
If you agree to change your name for the weekend I will put you down.

Dear Mr Mullen,
on consultation with the office of fair trading, the office of mismanagement and of course the ministry of funny walks (RIP) I have decided to rename myself "Mishmash" in honour of both my name, misha, and my general level of sobriety.
Hope this goes some way in helping your issues with all things Mike

When do you / the lodge need a deposit for this? Are you going to post up a 'roll call' of all those who are planning to attend?

We have another interested party who contacted me via the PCGB forum, so welcome Susan O'Meara who lives in Essex and drives a 996. I told her that we would be looking to convert her to the air cooled side!
I hope to confirm the accommodation details before the end of the week so watch this post.....
