Looking at the booking form, I obviously need to book the first bit (general admission, Paddock etc) and the two parade laps, but do I need to book the club parking? Also is there anything else that needs booking (apart from ferry and camping of course
)? Thought I'd ask, just in case.
At the risk of stirring things up, I can't believe there's a dress code for the Paddock!
It's only a glorified car park!

so here we go again! months of planning and booking ferries campsite and so on, then read my Porsche Post to find Eoin Sloan (Cdr RN CEng) saying no replicas in the Porsche parking!!!!!!
Question for Phil (early 911) is that an edict from the ACO or something the Commander himself has dreamt up?
Would like to know before I cancel everything

Mike, I 'think' they are refering to 'chesils speedsters' etc ... Anyway your cr will be down officially as an 'E'.
In 2004 The Porsche Parking was only used by us (DDK) the morning prior to the parade laps. The rest of the time the cars stayed in teh camp site & we walked the 5 minutes to the track / beer tents

Good News! yes peter and hot66 were right.
Eoin Sloan has been it touch and when he says replicas he means chesils and colvins etc; so I think the best thing after all these years is to stop calling my car a rep and join the 'recreation' and 'rebuilt as' fraternity.
Anyway, only 5 months to go!
