As the engine began to go back together work was also underway on the ancillaries.
The alternator was removed, tested and found to be working well.
The distributor was also stripped, un-seized and rebuilt to as new.

More new parts sourced included: Oil pressure sender, oil pressure switch, 3 x rockers, a clutch kit, a flywheel, a rear silencer, 2 x silencer straps.
This was to be a very thorough rebuild.
