Crikey, there was no need for that image!

Ok, so if the Quattro is not a sports car, get a Lancia Stratos and forget the bike. Or make some weird luggage rack thing. Cool and interesting. You may need a chiropractor when you get there, and lose some cred when you fall out if it groaning, but hey it’s a Stratos!

TBH I was going to suggest the BGT in the first place, but I thought everyone hated them.
Mine was superb when my family was very young.
Great simple cars and lovely to drive.
Set of winter tyres all small and skinny would do snow easy.

Good choice.

You didn't let on that you are balding, wearing a beige cardigan and wanting to carry your his&hers Decathlon e-bike to an out of season b&b in the lake district, without a bar......

My wife had a white MGBGT when I first met her. That’s when I knew she was a keeper. The wife, not the car, although I wouldn’t say no now. The car, not the wife.

Ooops.

Obvs all the people you've carved up, climbing the Italian alp to your hotel, will hate you when they get there....... That's a dismantled Tandem, our first 'raid' in the FN, clashed with a bike event..... Image
