After all repairs had been lead loaded it was then on to the filler stage

All panels fitted and gapped up, then skimmed and blocked flat to the body to ensure everything fits as perfectly as possible.

Masked up and ready for polyester spray filler. This is the blocked again with panels fitted to ensure everything is perfectly flat before everything is then primed in 2K high build primer.

Thanks again for the kind words, I must admit though i'm falling in love with this one. Just wait till you guys see it finished with the interior, I cant wait.

So far we have done 1128 hours labour on the car. It is further along than in the photos on here though. We have almost got it built up now, just waiting on parts to finish it. Hopefully have it on its wheels next week.

More photos to come soon.

Doors, boot and bonnet were all fitted with catches in place so we could surface block them all together to ensure perfect fitment. The car was then stripped again and primed in high build 2k primer before again being sanded back ready for paint.

The inside of the car was painted in Raptor which we tinted body colour, whareas underneath and inner arches have been painted in black gravitex.

Not all in the correct order but heres more photos of the primer process

Interior painted in tintable Raptor

Then just as I had the panels in base coat I had an email asking for the bonnet to have a fuel filler cap sticking through it...no problem so out came the hole saw!

Once the panels were prepped, out came the paint. I have to say Im pretty happy with how they came out

Yeah we always use guide coat from filler stage through to primer, its the only way to ensure its flat. As you probably guessed I just didnt bother with the photo with so many to try and sift through
