Sarah & I have booked the Blue Nord camping option and back on track for return leg of the DDk group tour via Rouen. The previous plans to extend the tour for another week in Brittany have sadly had to bite the dust.

Sadly it doesn't look likely the RSR will be ready Not given up hope altogether but my luck will have to change if it is to happen in time.
Really looking forward to seeing everyone there. I have my running shorts ready to break the lap record

I am going to join the family in France for a week afterwards, so am going solo on the Hull-Zebrugge ferry - which makes it pricey..anyone getting any discounts on this?

It kind of looks like I should get 20% off as an early booking discount but the EDO20 code won't apply because of 'restrictions'.

OK, all booked, very excited.

I managed to get my Northern discount after all..by opting for the shared male 4 berth bunk at £34.

I think the money saved will be well worth any lasting psychological trauma resulting from being some random Lithuanian trucker's lil' puppy dog for the night..
