Re: Porsche Photography Project
It depends on what aspect of the cars you want John.jrampton wrote:Graham, what 356 Carreras ? Are you telling me i am missing something ?
Carreras only differ mechanically not in body shape.
In the same way you could go for each engine type for each model which in the case of PreAs is 5 engines, early As 4 engines, late As 2 engines, BT5 and T6 3 engines and C 2 engines (not including Carreras which ran in various guises from the AT1 (1955 production year/1956 model) onwards to the C).

Good luck with the project! I'd stick to significant external body changes otherwise you will be here for ever

Re: Porsche Photography Project
I think you are right but the different models of 356/911 are fairly important. Engine types not so worried about if the body is the same.Gary71 wrote:Good luck with the project! I'd stick to significant external body changes otherwise you will be here for ever
It's just as well i am not putting words to the photos haha !

Re: Porsche Photography Project
Hi John,
A fantastic challenging project and some truly excellent photography.
Not sure if you need these; I have an F series 2.4E Coupe that's nearly ready and a 96 993 C4 Coupe, also an E series T Coupe although it'll be some time before that's ready to face camera.
I'm based near Swindon so not too far away. There's also a few other wonderful cars fairly close by including a beautiful 2.7RS that it may be possible to photograph.
Must be an expensive past-time for you, if you're heading this way I'll donate a tank of petrol to the cause
The best of luck,
