Ride height is lower than standard, but in fairness I did use the angle calculator for race height.
Given the trouble I had with the torsion bars and having never done anything like this before, I am pretty pleased.
The car is going to Tuthills for a full checkup, corner weight, ride height, suspension setup and MOT, so there is no real value to me making any changes beforehand.
I have a few odd jobs to do before it goes off, and really do need to get around to the Fuchs next.
Now I need another project, as I enjoyed the strip and refurbish

So is it done then ?
Are you coming to the C2C ? I thought you'd pulled out as it wasn't going to make it !

It is 'done' in the sense that it is on the ground, but before it can be driven it needs to be thoroughly checked over by Tuthills, fully aligned and setup and MOT'd.
I made the decision not to do C2C because the money I 'save' will go on the car (see above paragraph :0))
Also, it is SORN and insured as such, and I don't want to spend £££ on insurance, only to do C2C and then have it laid up over winter whilst I get on with other minor changes.
It will be fully insured (need to find a good insurer for modified cars kept on the driveway) and on the road for the Spring, and will be at CLM 2010 and a few track days, so yes Sladey it will get driven.
I am also off to Atlanta on business and only return on the 8th September, so all a bit too tight, but it will allow me to get some plastic rear 3/4 windows as hand luggage
