Yup, the green Carrera replica. I didn't look at it in great detail.

Just waiting for the completion date !!!

Sorry I missed the Castle show, but somethings came up.

I was chatting to Mark at Castle Hedingham about your car. Be great to see some more pictures.

Thanks Bootsy,

I hoped to be there, but circumstances beyond my control prevented me.

From the original quote, Mark changed how he progressed the car. The wings have never been off the car. I am sure he told you alot more.

I saw both of them (Dom's Polo Red car & Steve's Chartreuse RS replica) - whilst working on my car last week....looking good.

Car is finally home !!!

Picked it up last friday.

Mark did a great job, and was fair with all he did. I could not have asked for more.

I will post a few new pictures once I get around to it.

Car is registered for the sunday Concours at Silverstone.

You didn't win? What the hell is wrong with those guys?!!! :x

What were you marked down on (and, out of interest, what were you beaten by?)

Your car looks superb, btw 8)

I know this much:
- the steering wheel is not straight - probably straightened out this week when the car gets aligned
- the wheel crest should point to the valve stem - it didn't
- no service book was in the glove box - but some old parts were
- I left an old parking sticker in the car
- Plenty of dust was found in the door boxes
- there was probably some dust around the wheel nuts

The Porsche club will give me their evaluation later this week.

So much for Concours !!!!
Lots of BS involved with it.
