out of interest, have you managed to do anything about the crack in the dash? (cos mine is the same)

I was waiting for someone to comment on that :)

I have decided to call it 'character' ;)

Mike,

You can't be in DDK without a cracked dash, it's like an unwritten rule, we've all got them!

Mines not cracked . . . . :angel7:

The good news - The booking forms are nearing completion.

The bad news - I thought I'd let you know that the french club and PCGB will be cross referencing membership numbers to ensure people aren't all using the same member number (oh and to ensure they are members). Also at the event itself, to gain access to the Porsche parking area you will have to show you're membership card . . . nothing to do with me, and how strict they're going to be (esp. on the card) I don't know.

Martin, what's with the "horrible colour". Surely I'm not the only one who thinks an SWB looks great in sand beige?

Phil - re the membership card thing - any idea how this will work with groups? What I mean is, I'm heading down in the main DDK convoy in my 911, but had planned to book a second camping space for my dad, who plans to drive from his place in Brittany and meet us there... he's not a PCGB member, could he be outkaste to camp elsewhere!?
Or have I confused the 'Porsche parking area' with the camping area at Maison Blanche? Sorry, you may not know - it's Porsche Club France, but I'm guessing I'm not the only one with this kind of scenario?

Likewise - my co-pilot - what's the score with access for them?

camping @ Maison Blanche is seperate. The Porsche Parking is in a different area & where you can park your Porsche during the day. TBH, this is academic for us because we can walk from maison Blanche anyway. The only time we parked in the Porsche parking in 2004 was the day of the parade laps as that is where you get access to the circuit

As bootsy has asked, whats the situation with non PCGB passengers? Last time my friend ( Martin) had the same access as me because I had bought the 2 tickets under my membership number.

Are you saying for 2006 he will have to join PCGB ? I am hoping the answer to this is no. :(
