I was having a look in a vinyl shop yesterday and they had the new Bowie album on - Blackstar. It was released yesterday

Anyway bought it along with a few other bits

Good album, quiet dark

Even better sleeve and booklet - beautifully designed and printed. Can't beat vinyl

Also been listening to Blackstar a lot over the last couple of weeks - quite haunting.

Re-visiting Rudimental & rattling my neighbours' windows to the likes of "Rumour Mill" (featuring Anne-Marie & Will Heard)

I haven't listened to Wendy James since I was about 18, and to be honest I looked at her more than listened.

I don't think I'll be listening to her new stuff much either, but I sense another bout of looking at her a lot coming on.

The Coral are back.

New album 'Distance Inbetween' with the track 'Chasing The Tail Of A Dream'.
Sounds like the kids have discovered what tripping in 1969 was like!

'Million Eyes' worth a listen too.

This morning I have my big hi-fi set up in the workshop at last. No more more Blue Tooth/network nonsense.

So then... The Orb, Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld. Starting almost at the end with 'Star 6 & 7 8 9' and then going back to the beginning and starting again with 'Little Fluffy Clouds' :happy3: Find the Minnie Riperton sample, it's vey beautiful.

Here's a taste.
