Did John Lennon own this 911? Does the car still exist? I wonder what the VIN was? Looks like a very nice spec - SWB, light ivory, RHD, non-sunroof, wooden dash, rain drain slots on the guttering.mycar wrote:

Just taken a look at the Dr B. Johnson's book:
The rain drains were rerouted at some point after the '67 models were introduced
There's only one gold colour on the '66/67 colour list - Lido Gold. Here is an example:

If that's GAN 7E it was registered between January and July 1967 in West Ham, London.
