Very fast hill climb track car approx 800kg 5 speed straight cut type 9 box dry sump,new hydraulic clutch 1.7 zetec se all alloy engine revs to 8000 + drives spot on engine is race prep approx 180 bhp. I presume that the seller isn't talking about the South-West of England. Either that or he/she doesn't get out much, the South-west is full of hillclimb and sprint courses ...............

With that spec it is a Sports Libre under 2 litres, so a VERY tough class to compete in.

I had a bog standard 105E just before I married Trish. You could hear the rounded cam rattle a mile away.
Oddly rust free (this was 1977) and i loved it, came out of a ditch in Wales, £25 with a short MoT. Never broke down.

Sold it as Trish had a perfect mustard yellow Mini 850 which was a great car and quiet.

Hot 105E's are fab.
