arrived in sunny N wales late night! only one little drama.. the oil filler cap seal must have decided to go and oil poured all over the side of the rear wing
I know its a long shot, does anyone have a spare for a 72(my) who is coming along to wales? if so could you ring me and let me know, as I am just about to go over to Manchester to see if I can get one!
See you later!

If you can be at the hotel with a full tank of fuel that will make life easier in the morning :)

There is a petrol station in Llangollen, but I don't want to try and get 30 cars through it first thing tomorrow :)

The sun is shining down here in the West Country so looking fair for everyone - at least for tomorrow.

Only got the car off the dyno late yesterday. Had to do a last minute change back from MSD to Bosch but it all sounds good now, even if the jets are currently too large (just not enough time to change them) so running on the rich side - it's only petrol isn't it?

Looking forward to putting faces to names although given my memory, it is more likely the cars I will remember.............

Can't get away until after lunch so please save us two seats for dinner.

I can now confirm that I won't be able to make it (which rather puts the tin lid on a 'classic' fortnight).

Have a great time: looks as though the weather is going to be the best for quite some time.
