MOT day today:

Read a good magazine article today on the first 7 sold and it's emergence in a barn (of course) in Scotland.
Lost it's side valve engine and box, BMC in it's place, but Metropolitan rear axle still there. Being restored now, what a great project.
The 7 was my dream car when at school.

Even after owning a couple of Caterhams I’m taken aback by how tiny the early Lotus 7 are!
