I would love to see your photos of this car. Do you know if it ever lived in Scotland in it's early life around 1979?
Regards
Mike

A colleague of mine is on the list for one of these. Porsche flew one into the UK last month for a purchaser's 'driver's day' at Silverstone. Unfortunately my colleague couldn't make it and Porsche wouldn't transfer the place to me. Understandable, I suppose - but I did try!
Sorry for the bad quality Blackberry image, but sums up the mood. Taken early this morning on the B3157 above Abbotsbury in Dorset. That's Portland Bill in the background. Gorgeous morning sun streaming - roof off and a great 40 mile blast up to Bournemouth on the back roads through Lulworth and Wareham on my way back to London
Here are some pictures of Steve's (Prattie) 1972 911E. By coincidence it was painted about 8/9 years ago at the same paintshop as mine and I remember seeing it at the time. Looks like Steve beat me to it though!
Fresh from the work at Tuthills to fit the 2.7RS engine etc. and scripts applied by me.

All the cars on here are beautiful. The colours too. Love the early olive green model next to the tank. My old lady needs a new fuel pump, which my brother's fitting on weekend, but once done I have a little photoshoot planned, with some interior shots too. I do look forward to getting to meet some o the other members. This pic was taken last year, just after her kidney bowl restoration. She is as good as new now, with full Dansk SS system(no pre-silencer)

Regards,
Hi Brembo... I assume you are asking me...
Car is a pretty standard 1969 T, originally a UK car that was shipped out to the colony at some stage (probably stole something!) & has been gradually rebuilt over the last 7 years to the standard you see today (by the previous owner). It is a rust-free, mechanically sound beauty! The previous owner had it set up for track work, including a 1/2 cage, 4 point harness, bigger torsion bars & the sports exhaust, but I have been returning it to more standard road going trim... still a few things to do to it, but i am pretty happy with it! Has taken some time to sort the webers properly, but it's pulling like a steamtrain now! Love it love it love it.
