OK shall we go for..

12.45 pm meet Ashby services
1.30pm Hopwood services

I presume from there we will be heading down the fosse way??

Helen,

Looks like I'm probably going to drive down early Saturday morning but if I get delayed for any reason, then I'll join this convoy at Ashby Services as that's fairly close to me. Otherwise, I'll see you all there. The fosse way, fabulous!!

I had heard about the other group a while ago I thought it was very funny. They are staying at the Holiday inn. But they are at the big one in the centre of town and paying £120 per night each!!!!! I will be taking the Pee of out Mark the GM and a few of the staff when I see them next..

Well which hotel is going to look better then

I wasn't sure whether you received my PM. I spoke with Mille this morning and booked a room Yipee :) :) 8) . I know Helen mentioned earlier to call Joanne, but then I PM'd you as suggested and wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. Millie seemed confident that I'm not double booked so it all seems right.

Am I included for the meal? Me plus one (hope so). Please let me know, and I'll send you menu choices.

Cheers

Started a new thread for anyone who wants to convoy as this one was becoming rather tangential , what with the gays, the pink furlined handcuffs and the menus et al . :alien:

woo hooo, just booked the hotel, it was the 2nd to last room left, close call!!

If anyone else wants to stay at the hotel there is only 1 twin room left as of 1pm today, so be quick !!!

apparently around 40 cars are going to be there, this is going to be like a show b4 the show :P , and what a spectacle if we all leave at the same time in the morning :headbang: [/b]

Dear all,

My dad's been taken into hospital so I'm going to have to cancel from this event. Sorry everyone, I was really looking forward to this. Anyway, I'm going to call Millie at the hotel in the morning and cancel my reservation so there may be another room available for any last minuters.

I wish you all a fabulous event and hopefully will catch you at thr next one.

Cheers

Can someone tell me what time everyone is aiming to leave in the morning from the hotel? I am to come along for the fry up and join the convoy.

Probably a silly question as you will all end up with a very late night the night before but what time are you all aiming to leave?
