A good friend of mine who I competed in classic trials with bought an MG PB for trials use, when we got it in the garage and had a good look it was immaculate!,just missing the gearbox and engine,we were going to fit a tuned Ford 1172 sidevalve lump in it for trials use but could'nt bring ourselfs to it and persivered with a 1949 Ford pop special, and the little MG has never turned a wheel since, must be 15 years now...

Strangely enough, that's Mervyn's latest project! He bought an MG PA chassis and running gear with a Ford sidevalve engine, that he hopes to take on classic trial events. The chassis is done, and the engine is finished and running, just the bodywork to complete........

Two liter, twin-cam Yamaha heads, 2000GT. Some say E-Type derivative, but the Toyota is a lot more lithe and elegant. The body curves deliciously subtle, and the sound glorious! Though approaching 'small', a big 911 driver like me can still fit behind the wheel too... For a European flavor though, my next-door-neighbor's A6 GCS. Nothing quite like being woken up on a Sunday morning as it coughs and splutters, then snarls into life:
Neko.

What a way to start the day.... the Maserati is beautiful and I wouldn't mind being woken up to that!
And the Senna clip is, well... Senna. Fantastic.
