I printed off the maps and timetable sent through by 1st Tickets - it lists all the car clubs but no mention of DDK - who are we sharing with?

Darren, the 1st tickets map is the overall circuit centre plan & the plan for the infield club parking ... DDK don't have an area as they will only allow Porsche Club France to have a club parking area for Porsches ... all other Porsche clubs have to book their parking via PCF. Also , due to the location of Karting Nord, there is no reason to drive your car into the parking area as it is only a short walk to the centre of the circuit / paddocks. On the 1st map you can see the location of Karting Nord on the far left.

There is no map for club camping

I wouldn't get your expectation to high regarding what Karting Nord is .... as it is basically a dusty field North of the Karting Track & on the edge of the circuit with a few portable toilet / shower blocks. What it is, is a great location for getting around the whole track & there has always been a really nice atmosphere on the site too.

As previous years, Karting Nord will be laid out with the camping pitches numbered. You will get a camping pass with your camping pitch number on it.

What Gary's map doesn't show is the road layout to get to Mulsanne Corner ..... with all the road closures it it not the easiest place to find.

Got mine but with a note to say he'd made a mistake and there are no paddock passes left

Anyone know where I can get one? Can I buy them there - how much are they on the gate?

sadly niether mine nor my friends Porsche will be ready in time to make the trip, so that's 2 less cars.
Gutted but we'll still have a good time none the less.
The 4 of us will squeeze into a modern car for the journey down.
At least I can bring my grill badge

What crossing were you booked on Tim?

The tunnel, Folkestone - Calais.
We purposely didn't book that until last night though as it was always on the cards.
So we don't have a spare ticket.

OK thanks. Currently waiting to hear back from Brian on mine - he says someone has cancelled my crossing! he said he'll sort it out. fingers crossed.

Oh dear. Failing that, we had no problem getting on the Eurotunnel. £150 return - Wednesday afternoon returning Monday. Staying in a Ibis hotel at Abbeville overnight then driving down on the Thursday morning.
