Just to add … that’s 50mm travel measured for the pedal rubber

Unless your leg muscles are weakening ( which I know they can do with age ( no offense meant )) I personally wouldn’t be adding a servo as I don’t feel our lightweight cars need them

Re: 73T brake refresh...
You should feel the pressure needed to stop the Lola!
Take your point about the leg strength, could well be a factor but I would like to think they are ok, but you never know.
I can readily pedal a steel Humber 1948 bike in 4th on a Sturmey Archer hub from standstill, not sure that is a good test but I know you will understand that.
The 3.0 and 3.2's had this servo but were not too much heavier than 10 years before them.
The 911 is 1026 Kg and has the heavy 3.2 in the back with the 3.2 gearbox.
My issue is stopping comfortably in traffic situations, sudden braking of an A6 say in front of me or other modern cars.
The stopping on my wife's Skoda Citigo has to be experienced in these same conditions. Just modern cars, but I'm surrounded by them!
First I should change the discs and pads to new, they are 12 years old now and a little groovy.
Won't be doing anything until autumn earliest.

Servo or no servo, it’s never going to be a modern car. Just need to manage expectations and drive accordingly.
The stopping distances I leave when driving my early car can be measured in postcodes.

Re: 73T brake refresh...
Trial fitted the Porsche servo 'module' today. What a tight fit!
The mechanical advantage of the 73 brake pedal to the servo lever just looks all wrong to me.
Maybe the brake pedal is different to the 73 for the servo system.
Need to look closer.
