My comments were based on using the whole track length. It is easy not to see the real start line from by the Fig 8 complex. 3 laps of the 8 and off to cool down sounds good.

The fast first left hander separates the boy racers from the racers...

If you don’t have a moment there you are not trying!

Thurs /Fri will take some planning for me due to the kids but should be doable with notice. I think we would need at least 10 to make it viable, but the more the merrier as a social as much as anything

What’s a spin or two between friends? :)
I couldn’t stop my car under steering on the same bend.

Are you saying if we have 10 cars we can run continuously so not one at a time?

No, you would always run one at a time Neil. I think we were thinking viability on cost on social aspect

Well I was wondering how 10 cars would fit on the circuit. Especially given that would be lapping Graham's Lola in my 356!

Never mind that, it is a figure of 8! Will be like going to the bangers at Aldershot circa 1980!!

One at a time for sure, having seen the 'spinners' above I'm scared already.
Sideways is not fast, but more fun...

So, onto the track from the paddock gate, scoot up to the 8 section, blast round the raised mole Hill to the semi circle at the very top. Down the straight and sharp right into the 8.
Round the 8 x 3 times and back down to the paddock gate that automatically tells the next person the track is clear for them . Or something like that, not important, depends how dizzy you are.
No return car at the gate, no entry for the next car.

Adds a lot of safety.

Is there a noise limit? If not, would be the first time to run the Lola on open pipes :alien:

Cost is fine. Risks understood. One at a time obviously and I’m sure we can self Marshall from the timing hut. Not bothered by day of the week.
I’m looking forward to this
