Would've thought there must be a legal eagle on here who knows where such court papers get filed for interested parties to peruse.

I am no expert, but I don't think that evidence will be available online. Only judgements.

There’s a great deal of information on the 356 Forum where the experts seem to think the car is genuine.

The small article in the Sunday times make the seller look quite innocent and the Channel Island company quite obstructive to getting a resolution.

Pity Graham. The post above seems.to suggests it is/was once available somewhere. Knowledgeable folks here ESR and Pelican would have fun reading and disecting it.

I had a look for it and don’t have it saved anymore. If not on early911s, I am sure it must have been someone on here who sent it to me.

Agreed, but I'm thinking that if it was available online it would be in wide circulation.

Graham’s correct - experts’ reports are not made available following a court case. Judgments can be found via the Courts Service website and often via the websites of the law firms or barristers’ chambers involved.
