I always feel that if a person is going to sell a car on ebay, or anywhere else on line, then decent pictures are an important part of the advert. At least with a good few decent pictures any prospective purchaser can get a good idea of what the car looks like before travelling to have a closer look before a possible purchase. A good use of the English language is also a plus point in my book as well.

This seller doesn't appear to have taken much time or effort in advertising his car and sounds a bit of a "Jack the lad" type especially with his bad English. Also his comment about getting better quality pictures downloaded and forwarded on also seems to be a bit of a lame exscuse to me.

I must admit that a badly put together for sale advert (like his) always tends to make me a bit suspicious of the person who is selling the car and would "DEFFO" make me think twice about possibly arranging to view.

Just my opinion of course.

Conversely because many potential buyers can be similarly put off, cars like this can sometimes be bargains ...

I have an eBay car. There was one blurry picture taken in the rain. The seller worked nights and was never available and took two weeks to arrange a viewing. The eBay sale ended with no bidders. The car was in a rough part of Dartford and the bloke looked like a Waltzer twirler.

Car was sweet - bought it there and then!

You might be missing something here with opinions on the seller rather than the car.
The pictures are poor but good enough to see details which may make this a potentially nice buy.
There is nothing there which looks anything other than a very nice original 911 with no butchering or aftermarket mods. If I were in the market I would overlook the shortcomings of the ad and go and view it. There may be rust, there may be a rough running engine but if not I would say it looks to be a hard to beat example for the money if you are looking for originality rather than restored.

The local independent who has worked on this car 'could' just be Robert Gant going off the location and if so it would be a recommendation in itself.

I noticed the asking price was declined and the listing has ended.

Never said don't go see the car or that someone of this intelligence level should be avoided....

Not for me though, I still put quite a bit of faith in 'buy the seller'
