356 Clock

Post by Mike Smith »

OK Kalvin,

3 of the clocks work - the 4th does not wind up when 6v is applied but I have not looked into it

Maybe you can make something out of it from what you have - Face and bezel are very nice

Cross my palm with silver - well! actually £35-00 inc all taxes and postage

Send me a PM if you are interested

Just been sitting in the 356C listening to the most beautiful sound in the world...... A ticking clock.

Of course, this means that I can also now drown it out with the sound of the radio (only just though).

Many thanks to you Mike for coming to the rescue. Very much appreciated.

Mike,

By some freak chance of good luck and random guessing, I seem to have managed to reapir the other clock that you sent to me (the mechanism had locked up).

The fact that it is still running on time 12 hours later, suggests that I might have even put some the parts back in the right order. So I will dispatch it back to you today, wrapped in lots and lots (and lots) of bubble wrap.
